M. Talha Çakıroğlu, LL.M.

Partner Attorney M. Talha Çakıroğlu graduated from Köy Hizmetleri Anatolian High School and earned his law degree from the Faculty of Law at Trabzon University in 2023. He then completed his LL.M. in economic law at Marmara University.

Since the beginning of his career, Talha has primarily focused on immigration law and commercial enterprise law, while also broadening his expertise in various other legal areas. He worked and gained prior experience at several prestigious law firms. As a Partner Attorney in Polat & Çakıroğlu, he provides legal representation in areas including immigration law, commercial enterprise law, contracts law, labour law, tax law and arbitration. He is also a board member in Young ISTAC (Istanbul Arbitration Centre).
